Comprehensive project management: technical implementation, management and monitoring of calendar, management and monitoring of invoicing, management and resolution of conflicts in collaboration with senior PM, attraction and management of additional customer needs, global vision of the project, customer loyalty, management of human relations.
Data analysis and evaluation of internal work carried out.
Coordination of the preparation and review of daily and monthly monitoring and milestone reports during the different deadlines and final and project closure reports.
Organization and leadership of regular internal meetings with technical team and customers and customer service during your stay at 3P.
Subcontracting management as a part of the project participants.
Monitoring of the schedule, and control of costs/budget/expenses and projections in the project.
Preparation of information for invoicing and monthly estimate of work in progress.
Follow-up and compliance with the commitments acquired with the client and reflected in offers, contracts, LOIs or any other document in which 3P has acquired a commitment with the client.
Customer service in all its aspects, working on the ground, working "remotely" as well as during their stay in Pamplona, attending as many technical and management meetings as necessary with the client, both at 3P and at the client's facilities.
Report of current or future incidents and their impact on the project, customer and 3P.
